I walked from villages to villages in Tsirang, Bhutan and met with the grassroot level residents. The places covered includes Balwani (6 hours walk from nearest motorable road); Upper Tungpani, Lower Tungpani amd Areboty (4 hoours walking distance from nearest motorable road point); and is scheduled for visit to Melboty and Satsham (both 5 hours plus walking distance from nearest motorable road point).This is an additional visits to my earlier visits at Malbasey, Patshaling Gewong wherein i met with the residents there and observed world peace day. I met with the residents and advocated on- 1. Fundamental Rights 2. Sovereignty and Security of Bhutan 3. National Spiritual Heritage 4. Culture, Tradition amd Environment 5. Penal Code of Bhutan amd other related legal provisions 6. Prevention of Domestiv Violence 7. Alcohol,Drugs and Tobacco 8. Community Resilience 9 Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) and legal provisions In one of the Gewog, Rangthangling Gewog, i conducted a day long session and trained the members of Gewog Tshogde (Nearest and Lowest Local Government in Bhutan) members on ADR.
