A significant meeting of Leader Council with Sponsoring Authority (Majlis Pemimpin bersama Kuasa Pengajur) of 11th GeorgeTown (South) was held at Chung Ling (National Type) High School, Penang, Malaysia. Presided by principal Mr Soo, the sponsoring authority aka group president, attended by seven teacher-advisors, thirteen assistant leaders of B-P Guild of their alma mater, district commissioner, and district secretary. Topics of discussions included ways to improve adult and boy scouting at Chung Ling High School.
