For year 2017, I with 2-3 scoutmates decided to open up new crew in Kajang District. The intention of the establishment is to build up and create awareness of the volunteerism spirit through scouting and roverring. So, we met our future leader of rovers crew and discuss the action plan of establishment of the crew.
