Our Scout Head Office embarked a challenge for caring for our earth. We wanted to make a positive difference in our community and further afield.
River clean ups, countryside clean ups, badge work towards educating about recycling and reusing. Planting indigenous plants. Learning about sustainable planting and care for crops.
We need to educate people to stop littering. We need to support organisations who opt for biodegradable packaging. By educating our youth with regards to cleaning up the environment, they will educate others. Cleaning up the environment is essential for the fauna and flora that occur in our open areas.
