Stray dogs are a huge menace in Bhutan. This issue of huge number of stray dogs has occurred as in our religious beliefs do not encourage culling of dogs to reduce its population.   As an ardent Scout, we took the initiative of conducting mass dog sterilization to contain the growth of dogs in my area.
