Mask Distribution & awareness about new variant
We got information about the new variant of Kovid 19, Omicron, after which we were alerted. But we saw that our community is not following the guidelines of covid19, we started getting very worried because if we do not inform our community about the new variants then it will be difficult to save lives. That's why we decided that at the beginning of the new year, we should make school children aware so that those children tell their parents about this and their parents are also aware.
We went to our city schools on the first day of the new year i.e. 1st January where we met the children and also taught them how to deal with covid19 by giving them information about covid19. After this, we also distributed the masks made by us to the children and explained to them that you have to use the mask regularly, keep sanitizing your hands so that they can be saved from disease.
Inspired by our work, the children also told their parents and family members about the new variant of covid19 and made them aware and motivated them to use masks. After that again people started following the covid19 guideline.
After doing this project, we understood the new variants of covid19 in a better way and learned ways to prevent it. And also learned that we can inspire people very well with the help of children.
