Today dated 27/05/2019 we Bharat Scouts and Guides district association Udupi along with the scouts and Guides, Rovers and rangers participated in plantation of *Mangroves* at muvattumudi at Kundapura. 

In this camp all the participants not only planted Mangroves but also they came to know about the importance of Mangrove forest and is how they contributed them towards ecosystem i.e their importance in controlling pollution, soil irrosion , habitat to many more birds, prevent tides..etc .

All the Scouts and Guides willingfully planted those Mangroves sticks with the guidelines of Forest Department . By seeing the interest and enthusiasm of participants the Forest Department  also arranged a small tour towards the Mangrove forest in a boat , where all enjoyed seeing the beauty of Mangrove's forest...
