Logchina Lower Secondary School Scouts awarded scarf to a total of 75 scouts. Among them 15 were nachung scouts and 30 each from chey chey and nazhoen. The ceremony was graced by gewog chairperson and other school staff. Entertainment program was also presented by old scouts.
