Leave the world better than you found it. – Taking this quote of Scout founder « Robert Stephenson Smith Lord Baden Powell of Gilwell » as a motto, Scouts constantly perform various service and awareness activities in society. Railway scouts of District Cherokee are no exception.
To reach this goal of "Better World", we decided as scouts to take action for the changement. This action was to clean the environment of our city where we live. During a week, we divided the area in 5 places for the work to be easy.
By doing that, we received help from ours neighbours, many people decided to join the mouvement.
We taught people that we should take care of our environment and at the same time we must take care of our the earth. It's the only one thing that we will left to the coming generation
