Pioneering are Scout engineering, refers to the work of military engineers who went ahead of the army on foot, to build bridges, roads, and to generally prepare the way, They got there first, often in the wildness, and had to make do with what they could find , or carry. With axes and ropes they worked wonder and created many functional structures,
Before building its necessary to have an understanding of the skills involves as well as enthusiasm those skills displayed by youths in this project
It was Implemented in the District Training Center-Shankar park, seshanchavdi Salem. District Youth Committee members of Salem Edn' District & St. Mary's Ranger Team combined and displayed the camp layout which includes 20 gadgets & one major Pioneering (Grate Dinning Table cum Watch tower. Project, The Young Guides from the Cluny Guide Company learned lot about Camp layout, Pioneering Project and developed their skills by making an new layout.
17 members were the benefiters, they learned, planed, Executed an another layout on their own.
I learned Education is not only in the book, Its beyond the book, learning, planning, Executing is the major skill for youth to become a successful youth, it can be made better by teaching more young members to learning pioneering skills, planning pioneering skills, Executing pioneering skills.
