Leadership Training for St. Theresia Altar Servers
This project was carried out because of the need to form a cadre of prospective leaders in the PPA St. Theresia organization. Therefore, it is necessary to provide provision related to leadership material and its actualization. Thus, the cadres produced are expected to be able to face various challenges that will be encountered later.
This project was carried out by integrating aspects of leadership and organizational culture found in scouting. For example, one of the materials provided was related to the procedures for deliberation, which we call as "musyawarah". This was then actualized in a case study that is commonly found in this organization. Meanwhile, the implementation of this project was carried out for two days.
From this project, I learned that to be a good leader requires qualified skills. The first skill is intrapersonal skills, especially related to how we lead ourselves. Meanwhile, the second is interpersonal skills which are certainly related to other people.
