An inaugural commissioning ceremony for twenty external assistant leaders by the sponsoring authority was held to improve scout craft at the 11th GeorgeTown (South) scout group of Chung Ling High School. The ceremony was witnessed by the boy scouts, group scout leader, parents, B-P Guild, chair of school board of governors, district president, district chair, district commissioner, and assistant district commissioner.
