Law & Health Synergy: Empowering Remote Youth
Driven by the alarming rates of early marriage and limited educational access in remote areas, I leveraged my roles as a Law & Human Rights Ambassador and Saka Bakti Husada Scout. This initiative aims to break the cycle of social vulnerability, safeguard children's rights, and empower rural youth to pursue higher aspirations and healthy lifestyles.
Mitigating early marriage, I led an empowering workshop for remote MA students. Leveraging my dual capacity as a Law Ambassador and Saka Bakti Husada Scout, topics covered health literacy (CTPS/anti-smoking), rights advocacy (anti-bullying), and higher education motivation. Dedicated 12 service hours (4h design, 5h transit, 3h execution)—advancing SDGs 3, 4, and 5.
Executing this project taught me the critical value of cross-sectoral collaboration between legal awareness and public health in rural youth advocacy. I strengthened my adaptive communication and leadership skills in delivering complex topics to remote MA students, proving that youth-led initiatives can effectively drive grassroots social change and SDGs attainment.
