Kursus & Lencana Pengail (PR-Laut) (atas talian)
This is my first time deliver knowledge to the juniors and it is something new for me. I learned that it is important to have a confirmed numbers of participants and ready myself for every activity that I am going to carry out. I was encouraged by my leaders and commissioner to carry out this course. This is also a great chance to improve my communication skills and try my best to deliver useful information to the others.
The project was carried out by using Google Meet everyone stay at their own house, because the project was carried out during the pandemic. Since we can't see each other face to face, so we try to carry out several projects through online. I started the project in a relaxing way to let the participants to feel stress-less in order to learn effectively (in my opinion). I used the share screen function in Google Meet to enhance the learning process, so participants can see the power point sheets.
There were 8 participants and they received information about the badge called "Lencana Pengail", in hope that they will get a better idea about the badge. The reactions from participants was great, they showed their understanding about the course and also interest to the badge. The introduction about of the badge was made by me, I show some examples to the participants to get them understand what I meant.
I learned more about leadership during this project and I learned some ways to improve it. I learned also "get yourself ready first"and "understand more about what are you going to do" in order to make others understand it. Furthermore, I had to improve my communication skills to communicate fluently with others, and get others to understand what I am trying to say.
