Conciding with the Teacher's Day,Mendhagang PS has celebrated the Investiture ceremony with New members of Nachung ,CBS(Zhenphen Troop) and new Chey Chey Scouts. By letting their parents to awards the scarf to their children to create awareness about the importance of Scouting and to build a positive impact on scouting.
