There are support volunteers (Owen Supporters) all over Japan who will pursue the smile of children and youth and help support their development. Moreover, the scouting is lifelong learning that is different from school study, and the support volunteers (Owen Supporters) from all over the country have declared and represented that they would act as supporters to answer the consultation needed and support in the development of young people while informing the general public that the scouting is providing "SDG4 of a Sustainable Developmental Goal (i.e. Quality Education)". As proof of this declaration and representation, the three initiative powers, "Messages of Peace, Scout Volunteers, Scouts for SDGs (Make It Happen)," are worn in uniforms by the support volunteers (Owen Supporters) to appeal to themselves and also others in around. More than 300 colleagues have joined this campaign from all over the country, as the Owen Supporters team, to take a positive action of this representation and promote to implement the basic principles of scouting. Thus in time, it is expected that this adult resource initiative of support volunteers (Owen Supporters) will help develop the "Active Citizen" that will work toward the "Creating a Better World".
