A team of assistant leaders comprised of alums who are King's Scouts organized a junior badge test camp for the Boy Scouts of 11th GeorgeTown (South), and other uniformed organizations such as St John Ambulance, Boys Brigade, Police Cadet, Fire Cadet, School Youth Cadet Corps. The students learned knotting and lashing, backwoodsman cooking, rope access, first aid, etc. The assistant leaders made a difference to the lives of juniors by coaching scout craft skills which were lost pass. The principal who is also their scout group president visited the camp. Chung Ling Ex-Scouts & Ex-Girl Guides Association of Penang (B-P Brotherhood), Penang White Coffee, Pallas, FW Enterprise sponsored this camp.
