Joint Mock Drill with NDRF-2024
To enhance emergency response capabilities, assess staff preparedness and safety equipment readiness, N. F. Railway, Tinsukia Division successfully conducted a joint Mock Drill with NDRF at Dhamalgaon Railway Station on 24 May 2024.
A team of Bharat Scouts and Guides, N. F. Railway, Tinsukia District Association consisting of 20 members including Sr. Scouts, Rovers and Unit Leaders also joined hands with NDRF and ARME Team in rescue jobs and provided medical assistance.
The mock drill is a simulated exercise or practice run that imitates a real-time emergency, preparing the individuals & organization to evaluate the potential weakness, improving the response time and readiness to handle emergency crises during fires, hazardous chemical release, medical emergencies etc.
