For Mandela day in South Africa, for community service. The Vikings Rover Crew & Protea Ridge Scouts, made Jars of Hope. A jar of hope contains rice, lentails, stock, soup packet, and soup mix. We delivered a total of 133 Jars and 40 Bags of Hope to Fred and Martie’s Soup Kitchen this morning. We also handed over 3 black bags of clothing. There was already a steady queue of people waiting to receive a hot meal from the Soup Kitchen as well as a Jar of Hope to take home for a hot meal later. #jarofhopechallenge #gautengscouts #ZeroHunger #creatingabetterworld #MandelaDay
