Initiated specially by the words from Mr Abul Kalam Azad,President of Bangladesh Scouts, Principal Secretary SDG- Prime Minister's Office as the Chief Guest. Along with Mr Habibul Alam Bir Protik, Vice President of Bangladesh Scouts and President of 13th Hussars Open Rover Scout Group. Also Kazi Nazmul Haque, National Commissioner-Extension Scouting, Bangladesh Scouts was present.
