Investiture Camp 2021
My motivation to participate in this project was to lead people to start their scouting journey.
This project took place in Willes Little Flower School and College. In this event, we encouraged and prepared new members of our scout group to officially become a scout by saying the scout promise. The unit leaders gave the new members their scout scarves with the help of the Senior Patrol Leaders, officially acknowledging them as Scouts. We also held some patrol wise activities afterward.
Through this event, the participants learned a lot of new things. The scouts made many memories as this event marked the official start of their scouting lives.
The scouts learned about leadership, teamwork, the importance of team bonding as well as basics of scouting during this event.
