On the Occasion of *International Day of Peace* 21 September 2019 East Central Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides, District Association- Mughalsarai organized a event on *Messenger of Peace(MOP)* host by School Open Group at Scout den, Mughalsarai In which our Chief Guest Hon'ble Mr. Ajit Kumar Sr.DPO Cum District Commissioner(s) started by blowing pigeons and releasing balloons in the air with message of peace, as well as flagged rally on Climate Action for peace. In this sequence he said that Another day to make commitment towards taking actions on Climate, through out year and promoting peace within us and around us. On this occasion Mr. Gopal Mandal ADC(S) cum DPO/MGS, district Officials & all scouter-guider, scouts & Rovers were presented.
