Carlos Kaiser is a Chilean campaigner on issues affecting people with disabilities. He is the CEO of of the NGO ONG Inclusiva and has served as Executive Secretary of the National Disability Fund (now National Disability Service). He has advised various institutions of the Republic of Chile and cooperated with international organizations such as PAHO/WHO and the Global Compact.
