Induction training for the New ARC and AYA.
The goal of the project is to build the capacity of the Newley elected regional committee and youth advisors to obtain their role and responsibility effectively.
Through implementing the following activities:
1- Induction Training for the Arab region committee and Arab Youth Advisory committee members on operational model and good governance
2- Induction Training for the youth advisors the objective of the training was to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
The total BNFs is 815, According to different sections of youth & adults the committee members & YA deal with in their NSOs as well as through the region & according to the regional reports of activities & the percentage of participation of each selected section.
The excellent improvement in the personality & skills of AYA will enhance & increase their chance to take the lead in regional positions.
The better understanding of committee members to know their role will reflect their achievements.
