INDUCTION PROGRAM FACILITATION

The constant growth and development that I foresaw in the organisation in turn propelled me to serve the organisation. It has inculcated the spirit of inspiring and motivating young members of different educational institutions to actively orient in the scouting movement. My primary motivation and aim was to indulge maximum number of individuals in the scouting organisation in order to facilitate their holistic development in the domains of social responsibility and sustainable development.
The project was conducted with the active support and consideration secured from the management of Ryan International School, Kundalahalli. The project was aimed at inducting new members into the scouting movement. Resourceful posters and attractive camp craft were demonstrated to the individuals in order to drive them for gaining additional knowledge pertaining the scouting organisation. Post in-depth elucidation of the activities conducted by the movement, registration process was done.
The project has laid a profound positive impact on the active growth and development of scouting in the region. The induction has fostered the growth in numerical quantities to the scouting movement. It has in turn equipped parents and students with basic and pre-requisite knowledge associated with the scouting organisation and thereby increasing the scouting footprint possessed by the organisation. It will help the students to become more resourceful and skilled in the near future.
The project has taught me the strategy of elucidation and marketing in general. The research that I had done for facilitating the project has in turn equipped me with robust knowledge associated with the scouting movement, the empowering activities it has in store, the considerable impact it can lay for the benefaction of the student community and towards transforming them into responsible individuals of the society. It has taught me how to convince individuals and help drive registrations.
