INDUCTION DRIVE FACILITATION 02

The experience and exposure provided by the scouting movement has in turn motivated me to serve the organisation with my existing capabilities. My primary ambition is inclined towards driving the numerical quantity of the organisation in the district. The spirit and resources pumped by my teachers and mentors have in turn ensured that the motivation remains constant. The desire to serve the organisation through adoption of active induction programs has driven me over the course of time.
The project was facilitated in the premises of Dayananda Sagar International School, Kumaraswamy Layout with the active support and consideration of the school management. The project involved projecting resourceful posters and attractive camp craft in order to elucidate the flagship activities conducted by the organisation. The parents and students were initially briefed about the organisational structure and the activities which it conducts for achieving the target of sustainability.
The project has in turn emancipated individuals to conceptualise the core principles and inclinations of the scouting movement. The new registrations which were facilitated during the course of the project will in turn enhance the scouting footprint in the region. The qualitative and quantitative growth and development will foster the organisation to empower maximum youth in the vicinity. The project has in turn projected the profound positive impact which can be laid by the scouting movement.
The project has in turn projected the methodologies to adopt in order to enhance the scouting membership in the region and create the requisite awareness of the scouting movement among them. The learning of collaborative approach has formed a inevitable value inculcated during the course of the project. The project has imparted the skill of patience and constant repetitive speaking. The project showcased the power of physical demonstrations of camp craft and the infographic posters on others.
