Indonesia National Youth Leadership Training
As the largest number of organisation member among other youth organisations in Indonesia, we are highly committed to rise efforts in escalating Indonesian youth's leadership capability, so we all (ID scouts) will be the role model of the fit and proper young figures to influence all the youth movement organisations to set a high goals to prepare the next leaders for future of Indonesia.
We execute the project by spreading the informations of the importance of escalating leadership capability in youth movement.
As the National Rover Council, we were officially inviting the Province level RC to join the course. We shared and stimulated them to give a concrete goals and impact in their RC levels, and to encourage the implementation of their upgraded leadership skills.
The diverse types of leadership styles and cultures in all provinces should be treated by various approach.
