An extensive seeion was held with the cubs of my group to discuss how the pack meeetings could be improved to make them more efficient. Also it was discussed how we can increase the number of cubs during the next admission session. Our unit leader took a small session for the sixers and senior sixers on how to be better leaders and manage their teams better.
