The Odisha State Bharat Scouts & Guides built its 2nd State Training Center at Bargaon ITI, Sundargarh on 4th November 2019. Dr. Kali Prasad Mishra, State Chief Commissioner, Odisha and National Vice President of Bharat Scouts & Guides officially inaugurated the State Training Center in presence of Sj. Sarada Prasad Nayak, Hon’ble MLA of Rourkela Constituency and Chairman, District Planning Board, Sundargarh, Sj. Narayan Pati, President, Bharat Scouts & guides, Rourkela District, Sj. Rama Chandra Nayak, Founder Secretary, Bargaon ITI and Ms. Puspanjali Minz, Chairman, Bargaon Block.
