Community based Scouts of Tsirang visited a Primary School to spread the message of peace in the school. A total of 200 students and teachers were involved in the Hugs for Peace. We visited the school on 22nd September and met the school management for their approval to celebrate the day. We hugged each student and teacher and talked about love, peace, harmony and unity. All the students and teachers were so happy to get the feel of this beautiful initiative. Teachers were made to create profiles in scout.org and asked to create projects of their own. A tea and snacks were organized by the school for the organizers. 200 students and 30 teachers including 5 organizers took part in this program to celebrate peace and spread its message of unity and tranquility. We spent about 2 hours on the day.
