It costs lesser than other alternatives like paper and cloth. Secondly, it is very easy to use. Plastic can be used for almost anything either liquid or solid. Moreover, it comes in different forms which we can easily mold.However, no one realizes how it is harming our planet. Its produce harmful gases when it is burned. As it is non-bio degradable, it is harmful to soil and takes hundreds of years to degrade or decompose. We need to become aware of the consequences so that we can stop plastic pollution.
