Help the Farmers👳👳👳💦 to save the Farming
Farmers are the backbone of our country. They are the men and women who work in the searing heat and bitter cold to put food on our tables and clothes on our backs. They rise with the sun to tend to crops and stay up late to review accounts. They fight off invasive insects and battle with unpredictable weather.
Members of Master Da Surja Sen Rover Crew, Alipurduar District Association, NFR, BSG took an initiative to help the farmers in their work on *26th November-2022* at Majher Dabri , this project was named *"Help the Farmers to Save the Farming"*
The crew went and survey the area surrounding the Majher Dabri.
There they have some discussion and talk to the farmers about rice cultivation.
They share many idea's about the period of paddy cultivation, and at what time it needed for the purpose of yield of paddy plants.
After listening to the farmers it came to know that the rice yield was not good this year due to the bad timing of rain. Then they learned some methods of paddy harvesting from them. And it also try to harvest paddy plants. After that they share our contact number with them and advised if they need any financial help regarding fertilizer and seeds they can contact them. Farmers were very happy and appreciate and thank them.
