The project was implemented by volunteering to fight fires, assist in rescue operations, raise public awareness, and provide assistance to the affected people in the Kalshi slum fire under the supervision of the Fire Service and Civil Defense.
By volunteering in the Kalshi slum fire, I have gained practical experience in emergency situations, quick decision-making, teamwork, leadership and coordination skills, maintaining discipline, and a sense of humanitarian responsibility. I have also learned more about disaster management, ensuring public safety, and the importance of standing by people in danger. This experience will inspire me to work as a more efficient and responsible volunteer in the future.
