HE FOR SHE - She for Tomorrow
Women's Month Celebrations Women's achievements and marches for equality are celebrated with a lot of activity across the world. For women in both wealthy and developing nations, this activity now has a new global dimension. The anniversary has served as a place for talking about gender equality issues, problems, and commitments as well as how to continue and improve women's empowerment.
In celebration of this Women’s Month, the Rover Scout of Samar Council, Samar Council, Scout Valeriano Abello Community Scouting, and Scout Valeriano Abello Rover Scouting coordinated to conduct virtual a activity that will invite our scouts and adult leaders to attend the said activity, in such activity the foremost discussion is the Magna Carta for Women, Violence Against Women and Children and to have an orientation with one of the Scouting advocacy the He for She.
The main purpose of the activity is to raise awareness of Women’s Rights and information about the Magna Carta for Women and the Law on Violence Against Women and Children and the He for She Program, this is also an avenue to Celebrate Women’s Month, while we appreciate the program of the World Scouting Movement through the Messenger of Peace in the He for She Program
In order for us to be better advocates for women's empowerment, we must at the very least receive training in such an activity that will increase our awareness of the issue. Participants in such an activity greatly value the use of a virtual floor because it makes it simple for them to participate without interfering with their academic work or other daytime errands because the activity is held online and in the evening.
