110 scouts of Tshaphel lowers scondry school of Haa bhutan had changed a small barren area of the school in to a beautiful flower garden in 1 month , we all had worked 2 hours each day , at first we had tough time in changing the place in to the flower garden but after what we see ,what we have done we really feel happy about wat we contributed to the school
