This plan goes to the cub scout from various schools from our country. I’ am highly expected these scouts will use English & Tamil while they are scouting and for their day to day activities. It will help them to use it with the others (non scouts) and improve their dialogues.                   If we are suitable enough to have more funds these cub scouts can be the pilots and they can lead the project for further benefits in their schools.
