Scout Leaders of Haa District came together for Annual District Scouts Conference. The conference discussed about the theme "Success Through Synergy", and the resolutions made during National Scouts Conference held at Gelephu. Haa District Scout Association came up with our own action plans, selected Scouts Secretary and Asst. Scouts Secretary for the year 2017. The conference was graced by our Deputy Chief District Education Officer and attended by 18 Scouts Leader from 10 schools.
