Three days of spiritual camp for 170 scouts of Haa District will be carried at Dranadingkha place. The retreat camp was organised with an aims of providing scouts with adequate knowledge on scouting and spiritualism, precepts and vows, respect towards elders, teachers and parents and avoidance of alcohol and drugs. The three days camp will also orient commissioners with scouting frameworks and theme for the year "Together for Positive Change". It will facilitate scout leaders during Scouts Conference which will be held on 17/03/2018. The camp saw inauguration of Community Based Scouting and awarding of scarves to 21 CBS members. The camp will end on 18th March with explanation and demonstration on prostration session. Total participants 200
