Growing a greener future
I want to try to help fight climate change, habitat loss, and soil erosion, to make the community a more beautiful and healthier area with more biodiversity and nature.
I got in contact with the Island Conservancy, which sponsored and collaborated with me. They helped me find an area to plant the trees, as well as sponsored the trees. After finding the area in which I was going to plant the trees, I spoke with the counsellor, who gave me the go-ahead to plant the trees.
I learned that planning takes time, and I must not rush it. I must also remember not to let certain aspects of a project slip to the last minute.
