With the help of some rovers of my group, I helped to arrange a 4 day group camp of Willes Little Flower Scout Group at Regional Scout Training Center, golapgonj, Sylhet. 84 scouts participated the camp with full of enthusiasm by the support of 5 adult leaders and a big service team of 14 members along with me. I was worked for the camp program in this camp. We had BPPT, aerobics exercise every morning and we taught them how to be active and healthy. We included some interesting camp activities, challenges and reward like pin badges , honor flags,so that they can learn with enjoyment and fun. The scouts set up their own tent on the ground, made some innovative gadgets to keep their things and made the camp site as their own home . They also cooked their own meal. We introduced "Waste management system" to the scouts and taught them to use different color of bin bags. The whole camp the scouts maintained "patrol system" which helped them to build a bond with each other. We also visited some beautiful places of Sylhet and did some community development work like riverside area. There was a hike where the scouts interacted with the locals to fine their destination. There was also camp fire every night where the scouts expressed their creativity, culture of our country and learn to be more vocal. On the last day of the camp we arranged "Grand Camp Fire" and also invited some locals to show gratitude towards them.
