Today we created another history by using Green Scout Movement in achieving MOP vision where altogether 100 participants that included teachers, NGOs and tertiary students from Lautoka, Nadi and Sigatoka came for 8 hours training course with the Assistant Professor from Fiji National University - Dr. Ajantha Perera (Sri Lanka) and myself - MOP National Coordinator. I showed the video slides about the meaning of PEACE, how we can spread PEACE, and how we can create a BETTER WORLD. We gave them Green projects like recycling, planting trees and other environmental projects for them to accomplish in a month's time. A follow up will be done next week during the 9th National Camboree in Lautoka. Likewise, I was also able to create so much awareness that many participants were thrilled to register in scout.org and also load their projects. Bravo to those who have done this for Fiji....Thanks a lot...I know little by little we can achieve a lot....Thanks MOP TEAM.
