Gratitude Cards for Pandemic Service

As we progress into the third year since the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, we have seen many stories of people giving up their time, spending their energy and risking their lives to help those in need. This project is one of thanksgiving: to express our gratitude to those who have quietly been supporting our society throughout the years, taking care of those in need throughout the pandemic, and giving all they can to make the world a better place to everyone.
This project is set in Hong Kong where we invite scouts of all ages to write cards of gratitude to those who have served our society during the pandemic: doctors, nurses and other medical staff stationed in hospitals and clinics, members of disciplinary forces and civil servants who worked tirelessly in quarantined areas, alongside those serving in elderly centers and of the like.
The cards that were produced were distributed to their target beneficiaries. These people probably did not need extra tangible resources - but we hope that these cards can show our gratitude and the wider society's gratefulness towards our targets' effort throughout the years.
An open call for gratitude cards was not done due to manpower constraints. This could be done in future similar projects to enlarge the service population as well as expand the number of beneficiaries.
