Global Cultural Jamboree
Sri Lanka Scout Association inspired us to take up the project
The Global Cultural Jamboree is a massive gathering of 5000 + overseas participants and 10000+ local participants connected virtually to share cultural identities of the different parts of the world.
Lots of SDG and GDV webniers along with online sessions and quiz were held through youtube ,Zoom, khatoot ,etc & their given camp arena platform which benefited more than 20000 scouts from all around the world took the opportunity to attend the virtual event to make Scouting alive despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
More than 60 events were organized by the jamboree management team. Lots of SDG and GDV webniers along with online sessions and quiz were held . Where participants could select the desired activity and participate by joining the online platforms such as Zoom, YouTube Live, Kahoot! etc. or join the recordings of past events.
