Give hands to other in difficult time

Capital of Madagascar is affected by a disaster due to torrential rain Storm Anna and Cyclone Batsirai. 92 people lost their lives, 7,488 houses collapsed, 6,978 flooded house - more than 112,115 victims, including 61,489 people displaced in the 99 reception sites organized by the National Office for the Management of Risks and Disasters (BNGRC). Scouts gives hands to the victims. in order to establish the mapping of the victims: their usual neighborhoods, daily activities, serving a meal for children, rise awareness about abuse and mistreatment.

The BNGRC assigned us a crucial mission in order to establish the mapping of the victims: their usual neighborhoods, their daily activities, education, number of children, etc. and serving a meal for children. The Scouts also used this opportunity for information as well as warning people about abuse and mistreatment.
