GENDER EQUALITY EDUCATION
Noting the recurrence of acts of inequality often based on sex or even race, we organized this activity in view of educating on gender equality.
The implementation involved evaluating participants' knowledge and perceptions of gender equality, followed by a structured debate on the topic. The practical segment featured interactive discussions, where participants responded to situational questions about gender inequalities.
From this activity, I learned that assessing participants' knowledge and perceptions creates a foundation for meaningful dialogue. Structured debates encourage critical thinking and help participants articulate their views on gender equality. Interactive scenarios bring theoretical concepts to life, fostering practical understanding. Overall, the activity promotes active engagement and reflection on gender issues.
