What? Genda Disrupt is a live talk platfrom for community-based and industry specific talks, discussions and debates. Why? As part of The Genda Project, Genda Disrupt is space for communities and industries to share knowledge and information and discuss innovative Fijian ideas to empower change. Venture. Discover. Connect. Genda Disrupt strives to connect Fijian audiences to local subjects and issues within specific communities and corporate industries. By inviting keynote speakers to share their knowledge and ideas and by hosting discussions & debates on our platform, we hope to disrupt and empower Fijians to view things from a different perspective, question standards, learn new things, be informed, grow and make better choices. We believe enabling access to information and sharing new, innovative ideas has the power to change people’s lives; their thinking, their attitudes and their contribution to the wider community. Through Genda Disrupt we hope to spark conversations that matter and ultimately a more conscious thinking society. So in the second event, again the Rotaractors have opted to assist out in the event that is in registrations, settings, ticket sales and etc. As a volunteer there is alot to learn for personal and professional experience. Part of the proceeds from the event goes to the Rotaracts upcoming project.
