Rovers and Rangers unit Rampur Bsr. celebrate Foundation Day of Bharat Scout and Guide on 7th November. We started with flag ceremony. Our college principal was the chief guest, we welcomed them with wearing scarf and sticking flag sticker. After that we stick the stickers to college student and staff members and collect the fund.
