The residents of the University of the South Pacific (USP) 7th hall, block C. Had to plan their halls activity as it is in the culture of the halls in USP to conduct a halls activity every semester. Therefore the boys had planned to provide food and water for the underprivileged in Suva city. To spread peace and provide community service for a better society and nation as a whole.

Therefore, the residents had contributed some cash into purchasing the groceries and then prepared the food early in the morning on the 13th of April and then during noon the boys had taken the cartons of food packs to different streets and areas all over the city while distributing the food parcels to the underprivileged throughout the city such as shoeshine boys, beggars, physically disabled individuals and a few street dogs.
