Flood Relief Support
us to take action. Seeing families struggle to access essential support motivated our scout team to organise and assist in relief distribution, aiming to stand beside the community during a difficult time and contribute to their recovery.
Our project was carried out by a team of 19 scouts and leaders in the flood-affected haor areas of Sunamganj. After identifying the urgent needs of the affected communities, we organised and supported relief distribution efforts. Essential supplies were delivered to families in need through coordinated teamwork, ensuring timely and effective assistance during the flood situation.
Through this project, we learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and community service during emergencies. We also gained experience in organising relief efforts, communicating with affected communities, and responding quickly to urgent needs. Most importantly, we understood how small collective actions can create meaningful support for people during difficult times.
