The fisr teamwork of 2021
Offline crew meeting after almost 1.5 years gave us a chance to know each other properly and make our communication skills better.Moreover we started our offline journey with a boost of energy and engagement of so many youths.
We all reached our meeting spot by 3:30 pm and firstly completed our assembly session then started to group according to our units and introduced each other.Afterwards we played some games to develop our bonding.
As a result of this forest of line give meeting we will be able to get along with our unit members and our bonding will be strong. This will help a lot to develop our communication skills and leadership skills not only that our group leaders will get to know us and we will get to know our group leaders which will result in good participation.
From this project we learned how to communicate with each other properly,maintain discipline. Then we also learned how to socialize with each other and get to know each other’s liking disliking etc and we will be able to work together as a team which will eventually lead to good teamwork.
